Do I need prior M&A experience to join?
We look for advisors with either 2+ years in M&A or 5+ years in executive leadership, professional services, or account management with a track record of closing. If you have strong deal instincts and a professional network, we want to hear from you.
Is this a full-time commitment?
No. Iconic is built for flexibility. Many of our advisors start part-time and scale up as their deal flow grows. You set your own pace and production goals.
How does compensation work?
You earn a commission on every deal you close. Iconic takes a split, but our structure is competitive. There are no desk fees, no hidden charges, and no mandatory minimums. You keep the majority of what you earn.
What does Iconic provide to help me close deals?
You get access to our full platform: AI-powered CIM generation, buyer syndication, data rooms, NDA management, LOI tracking, and a network of active buyers. We handle the back-office so you can focus on advising clients and closing transactions.
How long does the application process take?
Most advisors go from application to onboarding in 2–3 weeks. The process includes a short survey, a confidential interview with our leadership team, a platform demo, and contract signing.
Can I bring my existing clients and deals to Iconic?
Yes. If you have deals in progress or a pipeline of seller relationships, we can onboard them into the platform. We'll work with you to make the transition smooth and protect your existing client relationships.
What markets and deal sizes does Iconic focus on?
We work with businesses generating up to $100M in revenue across a wide range of industries. Our sweet spot is the lower middle market, with transactions typically ranging from $1M to $50M in enterprise value.
