Key Leadership
Erik is a seasoned founder, technology leader, and strategist with extensive experience in scaling companies from startups to industry leaders. He brings deep expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, having orchestrated strategic partnerships that accelerated growth and expanded market reach for companies under his leadership.
Naveen is a founding partner at Expa, a startup studio helping entrepreneurs build successful companies like Current and Kit, where he served as President and Chairman. He previously co-founded Foursquare and brings technical expertise from his background in Computer Science, holding an M.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Roberto is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Iconic and co-founder of Expa, a startup studio launched with Uber co-founder Garrett Camp. He serves on the boards of Metabase and Aero, previously guided Kit through its acquisition by Ro, and held key roles at LinkedIn, Google, and Capital One. He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
Eric is the Founder and Managing Partner of Integral Capital Advisors, LLC, bringing over 21 years of investment banking experience. Based in Pasadena, he holds Series 79 and 63 licenses and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. When not executing transactions, he enjoys motorcycling and painting with his two daughters.
Aaron is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in operations and financial services. As Head of Business Operations at Iconic, he streamlines M&A transactions through technology. Previously holding leadership roles at Kit.com and Unitas Global, he brings expertise from UNC Chapel Hill to capital markets.
