The traditional M&A model was built for billion-dollar deals. Below the middle market, the same playbook breaks: teams are too big, fees too high, and the process takes too long. Owners in the $1M–$100M range deserved better, and nobody had built it for them.
We identified five failures in how deals get done: time-consuming manual processes, limited buyer access, no scalability, communication gaps, and near-zero use of technology in a space that desperately needs it.

We’re not the right fit for distressed businesses, pre-revenue startups, or owners looking for a quick flip without diligence. We take a limited number of clients at a time and only work with businesses we genuinely believe we can sell well.
